Oficiul Naţional de Topografie din Finlanda trece la politica “open data”

National Land Survey of Finland corespondentul din România, ar fi ANCPI, a pus la liber acces o hartă cu tot felul de date  spaţiale, inclusiv registrul de evidenţă a parcelelor din Finlanda pentru folosirea acestora de către toţi cei care au nevoie. “Ţara celor 1000 de lacuri” vrea să-şi extindă aria datelor spaţiale şi a serviciilor conexe care utilizează aceste date. Totuşi acest lucru nu include absolut toate datele staţiale ci doar cele care sunt la o rezoluţie mai  “grosieră”, date care în mod normal, ar trebui să fie gratuite în orice ţară. Schimbările ce intervin aici, sunt cele legate de informaţiile despre scară la nivel local. 

“NLS has opened at the beginning of the name registry and the two general map data free of charge and free use. The aim is to increase the use of spatial data and the development of new applications and innovations arise. Opened digital maps are general maps of scales 1:1 million and 1:4,5 million. They can be used, for example taustakarttoina AIP or the network. Map data may be the most popular spatial data formats, vectors, and raster. Vector-map can be displayed to choose the layers they want, such as roads, place names and administrative boundaries.”
